Hello, and welcome to our Packages Page!  We think you'll like what we've done here as we've taken our most popular customer configurations over the years and put them into package form to make your selection process easier.  We've started with our Vacation Packages because... honestly, who doesn't need a vacation and, what could be better than a breathtaking, sun-kissed, getaway amidst the ocean breezes?  The ultimate upgrade - adding fitness and adventure to your stay! 

 Our West Coast team is based in Santa Monica/Huntington Beach, California and our East Coast team in based in Orlando/Clermont, Florida, both are meccas for wellness and fun so, regardless of which coast you visit, we can almost certainly accommodate your needs!  

We'll supply your trainer, your meals, your post-workout massage and, for those of you NOT absolutely mortified by the thought of a 6-foot mouse, our base locations are only half an hour from Disney and Disneyland respectively! 

Next on the list below is our Longevity Packages, these are designed to provide the highest levels of support for the continued health and vitality of our valued customers.

All Longevity Packages include a comprehensive, team reviewed, assessment followed by a video consultation that allows us a deep dive into your long-and short-term goals. This information is then utilized to design fluidity into your gameplan which will, not only help you reach your goals, but assist in maintaining them once you get there.  

We’ll be in near constant contact to keep you on track and make sure your training and nutritional loggings always reflect your most current, up to date, requirements.
